Just the best team in the state last year, Watertown High. But remember that Belmont took the Raiders' to the edge in their two games, including outplaying the neighbors in the North Finals. The rivalry continues at 3:30 p.m.
5. On this day in 1979, the Entertainment and Sports Programming Network, better known as ESPN, makes its debut. Sports viewing becomes a sport with 24 hour programming. Thank you.
