The Belmont Health Department is offering another COVID-19vaccination clinic to the now eligible children ages 5-11. This age group is now authorized to receive the pediatric dosage of Pfizer vaccine, in the two-dose timeline 21 days apart.

When making an appointment for your child at this clinic, please consider that this is a public clinic in a large venue with multiple vaccine stations and lots of other children. If a quieter or more private setting would be better for your child, we encourage you to make an appointment with your pediatrician or local pharmacy. More appointments will open up as more pediatric vaccine is shipped to providers. Please do not make duplicate appointments for your children at multiple sites.

*This clinic is specifically for Belmont residents and students who attend school in Belmont. If you register and are not a part of one of those groups, your appointment will be deleted.

If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card to your child's appointment.
