Food Pantry Announces Its Summer Hours
There is no vacation from hunger; Belmont's volunteer program open Saturdays, Tuesdays.

Hunger doesn't take the summer off.
The senior on a fixed income, a young family affected by unemployment and those who find it a struggle to decide on the high cost of housing or their next meal are just a few of the real life scenarios that has some Belmont residents unable to get enough food on the table.
The town's food pantry is there to help those who are finding it difficult to make ends meet.

The Belmont Food Pantry depends completely on volunteers. Most jobs are a small bi-monthly time commitment, but very important to keep the pantry running and serving those in need.
Volunteers should arrive at least 15 minutes before the pantry is open.
Public donations are also accepted when the pantry is open. If you cannot come during those times, please contact Patty Mihelich at patricia.mihelich@gmail.com to arrange another time.
