State Rep. Jay Kaufman of the 15th Middlesex district has endorsed candidate Margaret Hegarty in her race to succeed Will Brownsberger in the 24th Middlesex seat. "I would urge everyone in the 24th Middlesex District to vote for Margaret Hegarty for State Representative." said Kaufman, a 17-year veteran on Beacon Hill who represents parts of Lexington, Arlington and Woburn.  "Anne Paulsen and Mary Jane  Gibson both served this district before and it's time to send another great woman  to the Massachusetts House. Margaret has the leadership and political skills to get  the job done, and I can't wait to have her as my partner," said Kaufman endorsing Hegarty in the race which culminates tomorrow. Hegarty's campaign notes that Kaufman brings the total of endorsements for the Belmont resident to 10 including former State Rep. Anne Paulsen, State Sen. Sal DiDomenico and State Rep. David Linsky and Arlington Selectwoman Diane Mahon.
