Make A Belmont Educator A STAR

What better way to thank your child’s teacher for a great school year than to make them a “STAR"?

The Foundation for Belmont Education's STAR (Staff and Teacher Award and Recognition) Award recognizes Belmont educators and staff who are committed to helping Belmont Public School students realize their full potential.

This program is a great opportunity for parents and students to recognize and thank these remarkable professionals for making a difference in your student's life.

When you make a tax-deductible donation of $20 or more to the FBE's STAR program, the FBE will send a certificate to the teacher or staff member you wish to honor. The certificate includes your name and your optional personalized message, without specifying the dollar amount of the gift.

Your STAR Award donation helps the Foundation in funding innovative curricula, enrichmnent, technology, professional development and other initiatives. Last year, more than $10,000 in STAR Award donations were received from families and members of the community.

While STAR Awards are processed at any time of the year, please order by June 14 to guarantee delivery before schools close for the summer.
