Spiritual Homecoming at All Saints' Church

The pastors and congregation of Belmont's All Saints' Episcopal Church on Common Street held a homecoming celebration this past Sunday, Sept. 17 for Belmont resident Harriet Wong and her daughter, Katherine.

Harriet is a teacher in the church's Sunday School which uses a unique approach to Christian formation called "Godly Play." The "Play" program at All Saints' is a "center of excellence," an example of the best of the best when it comes to this program across the country.

All Saint's serves as a training site for the region and host national events as well. It has four classrooms and a team of teachers who meet monthly for training with the co-Rector, the Rev. Cheryl Minor who is a Godly Play Trainer.
