The race to succeed Edward Markey as US Representative for the Massachusetts Fifth Congressional District is now being conducted in earnest by several candidates after Markey's electoral victory this past Tuesday, June 25 to become the junior US Senator.
And today, the hometown challenger, State Sen. Will Brownsberger, will be in town holding the first public event of the campaign as he is holding a "Conversation with Will Brownsberger" today, Saturday, June 29, in Belmont Center.
The campaign event, open to the public, will be held at Patou Thai restaurant (in the back hall) located at 69 Leonard St. from 11 a.m. to noon.
