5 Things (Ron Jeremy) to Start the Day: Oct. 11

1. Ron Jeremy will be at Depot Liquors today from 6-8 p.m. autographing bottles, available for questions and providing tastes of his new Ron de Jeremy Spiced Rum. If you go, be sure to take a picture for our Pics & Clips gallery!

2. Montserrat College of Art's student run Bear Gallery will exhibit student work at the Beverly Historical Society today from 6-7 p.m. Learn more here. 

3. Question 4 on Beverly's ballot this year is about the adoption of theCommunity Preservation Act in Beverly. If you're unsure about the CPA, check out their latest blog post to learn more. 

4. Studio Hair Design on Cabot Street is hosting a Grand Opening party tonight with Mayor William F. Scanlon, Jr. Drop in and check out our new space from 4:30-7 p.m., enjoy snacks, complimentary product samples and take a chance at one of their raffles! Check out their Facebook page here. 

5. Did you know it's Domestic Abuse Awareness month? The Beverly Police Department has several events planned in an effort to raise awareness about the issue, inspire action and educate the public.
