5 Things To Know Today, Feb. 19: Parisella Goes Red for Women
City sells book mobile, and more Beverly news tidbits.

Here are five things to start your day in Beverly:
1. Go Red for Women: Representative Jerald Parisella (D-Beverly, fifth row, right) posed with his fellow legislators in support of Go Red for Women earlier this month at the Massachusetts State House. Go Red for Women is the American Heart Association’s campaign to raise awareness among women about heart disease, which kills one woman a minute. More women die of heart disease than all forms of cancer combined. Unfortunately, the killer isn’t as easy to see. Heart disease is often silent, hidden and misunderstood.
2. Bookmobile for sale: The Beverly Public Library's old 1987 Ford B 700 Bookmobile is for sale. For more information, and to bid on this unique vehicle, visit Municibid: Online Government Auctions. You may direct most questions to the Municibid site, or contact Pat Cirone at 978-921-6062.

The contest is open to all types of businesses, which must be less than 3 years old or, if older, have a new product, service, initiative or growth strategy.
