5 Things To Know Today, Feb. 7: Calm Before the Storm

Here are five things to start your day in Beverly:

1. Snow is on all of our minds. Stick with Beverly Patch over the next few days to get the latest forecasts for our area, school cancellation information, and everything you need to know about parking bans, road closures, etc. We suggest signing up for our email news alerts and following our Facebook and Twitter.

2. With the snow approaching, we're going to need your help too. If you know about a road that's particularly slippery, a business that's closing early or maybe you snapped a great blizzard photo, we'd love for you to share it. 3. Basketball: Due to the impending storm, all Beverly High School basketball games will be held today instead of tomorrow. The games will be held at Lynn English High School. 

4. If you missed it yesterday, Briscoe Middle School's principal is one of four finalists in the Arlington Public School district. Learn more about the candidates here. 

5. Today's forecast: Mostly sunny, with a high near 21. (Sounds like the calm before the storm to us!)
