  • Jeanaliz Marinez, 18, of Salem, was arrested on charges of unarmed robbery and a warrant last Thursday. Gina Osterman, 18, of Salem, was also arrested on charges of unarmed robbery. Police were called to Bridge Street around 4 p.m. on a report of a robbery.
  • Elsa M. Urena, 22, of Salem, was arrested last Thursday on charges of assault and battery on someone over the age of 60 or disabled, assault and battery on a household member, and strangulation. Police had been called to First Street around 8 p.m. on a report of a past assault.
  • Miguel Peguero, 23, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of failing to drive within marked lanes, failing to stop or yield, speeding, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, and failing to stop for police last Friday. 1700009592
  • Jason Francis Riggieri, 39, of Marblehead, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime, breaking and entering a boat or car in the nighttime, and possession of a burglarious instrument last Sunday after police responded to a report of a suspicious person on Sunset Road around 11 p.m.
  • Paul Tolman Genovese, 21, of Gloucester, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest last Monday after officers responded to a report of an unwanted guest on Daniels Street around 10 p.m.
  • Officers sent a man with closed plastic bottle of beer on his way after responding to a call at Lappin Park on Tuesday around 6 p.m.
  • Daniel James Harrison, 32, of Salem, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering a vehicle or boat in the nighttime, larceny over $250, violating a municipal ordinance, and a warrant last Wednesday after officers were called to Crombie Street for a report of a suspicious person around 2 a.m.
  • David William Pierce, 49, of Salem, was arrested on charges of larceny from a building last Wednesday around noon after police were called to Lafayette Street.
  • Leonardo S. Roa, 20, of Salem, was arrested on charges of larceny from a person last Wednesday after police were called to Lafayette Street around 11 p.m.
  • Officers responded to a church on Essex Street on Thursday around 10 a.m. for a report of vandalism to the building.
  • Police took a report of a past larceny from City Hall on Washington Street last Thursday around 5 p.m.
  • Alexander David Coury, 24, of Peabody, was arrested of charges of possession of a class A drug and a warrant last Friday. Police responded to Loring Avenue around 2 a.m.
  • Tyler Freeman, 22, of Seabrook, NH, and Derek L. Maurais, 29, of Peabody, were each arrested on charges of assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on Friday. Michael Pinto, 31, of Salem, was arrested in the same incident on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and violating a municipal ordinance. No further details were immediately available.
  • Three men waiting for an Uber on Summit Avenue on Sunday around 3 a.m. were asked to wait further up the street and be quiet.
  • Shawn B. Murray, 41, of Falmouth, was arrested on charges of drugged driving, possession of a class B drug, and violating a municipal ordinance on Saturday.
  • Erix Sanchez, 23, of Salem, was arrested on charges of improper driving, and drunken driving on Sunday after a traffic stop on Washington Street around 1 a.m.
