Beverly Bridge Street Pavinng Work To Close Lanes, Include Detours
The state Department of Transportation said the weekend work will start Saturday at 6 a.m. and run into Monday.
BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents will need to navigate around paving work on Bridge Street this weekend with lanes taken and temporary detours in place.
The state Department of Transportation said on Tuesday the lane closures and detours will be in place from Eastern Avenue to Folger Avenue. The paving is set to begin at 6 a.m. on Saturday and extend into Monday.
The work is being conducted as part of a $12.5 million project for roadway reconstruction and related work on Bridge Street.
