Beverly Construction Schedule: Rantoul Street/1A Project

BEVERLY, MA – With part of Rantoul Street paved, Beverly drivers get a glimpse of the Rantoul Street/1A Reconstruction Project's end result. But for now, Cabot Street, Gloucester Crossing, and Rantoul Street are being worked on. Here's what to look for in the coming weeks.

Week of May 29 to June 2:

• Tuesday: Install drainage under relocated duct bank at 313-321 Rantoul St.
• Monday-Friday: Grade sidewalks at 131 Rantoul St.
• Monday-Friday: Form and pour sidewalks on Elliott Street.
• Monday-Friday: Plant trees along Phases 1, 2 and 3.
• Monday-Wednesday: Install light foundations and conduit in Phase 5 section.
• Monday-Thursday: Install curb on Rantoul St from Chestnut St to Lenox St.
• Thursday-Friday: Install light and signal conduit and foundations lower section of Phase 5.
• Tuesday-Friday: Grade sidewalks and driveways in Phase 5 section.
• Tuesday-Friday: Fine grade and pave base and binder in Phase 6 section. (Cabot Street from Lenox to Colon streets and Gloucester Crossing).
• Wednesday-Friday: Roadway excavation and install gravel in Phase 7 section. (Rantoul Street from Wallis to Pond streets).

Week of June 5- June 9:

• Monday-Friday: Grade sidewalks at 131 Rantoul St.
• Monday: Form and pour sidewalks at 131 Rantoul St.
• Monday-Friday: Assemble and set light poles on Elliott St.
• Monday-Friday: Plant tree along Phases 1, 2 and 3.
• Monday-Wednesday: Install light and signal conduit and foundations lower section of Phase 5.
• Monday: Fine grade and pave base and binder in Phase 6 section. (Cabot Street from Lenox to Colon streets and Gloucester Crossing).
• Thursday-Friday: Install curb on Rantoul St at Elliott St intersection.
• Monday-Friday: Grade sidewalks and driveways in Phase 5 section.
• Tuesday-Friday: Excavate sidewalks in Phase 6 section. (Cabot Street from Lenox to Colon streets and Gloucester Crossing).
• Thursday-Friday: Install light conduit in Phase 6 section.
• Thursday-Friday: Excavate and pour mast arm foundations in Phase 6 section.
• Monday-Friday: Roadway excavation and install gravel in Phase 7 section.
