Beverly Man Charged in Triple Stabbing at Lucky Dog
Thomas Phillips is facing assault and attempted murder charges.
Beverly, MA - A Beverly man was arrested Sunday in connection with the stabbing of three people at the Lucky Dog Bar on Cabot Street.
Beverly Police arrested Thomas N. Phillips 33, of 22 Franklin Place Beverly on a warrant in connection with the early Sunday morning triple stabbing on Cabot Street. Just after 12:30 a.m., Beverly Police were dispatched to the Lucky Dog Bar located at 129 Cabot Street for a report of a stabbing with three victims.
When officers arrived, they found one man with a stab wound to the chest, a second victim with a stab wound to the shoulder, and a third victim with slash wounds to the hands. All three victims, whose names were withheld from police, were transported to Beverly Hospital for their injuries.

Through the course of an investigation, police obtained a warrant for Phillips on the charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife), and attempted murder. Phillips was taken into custody following a warrant service attempt on Sunday afternoon. This incident remains under investigation by the Beverly Police Criminal Investigation Division. It is believed Phillips will be arraigned at Salem District Court Monday morning.
