Beverly Police Issue Warning After Rash of Car Break Ins

A handful of unlocked cars were entered earlier this month, according to police.

BEVERLY, MA – After a few cases of a person or people entering unlocked cars in the area of Colgate and Manor roads in December, police are advising people to always lock their cars.

Beverly Police Spokesman Officer Mike Boccuzzi said in addition to always locking your car doors, car owners should bring in all valuables, or at least keep them out of view.

"If you see something suspicious, don't hesitate to report it," Boccuzzi said.
