"We are partnering with VaxinateRx to provide covid vaccines for students ages 5-18 as well as boosters for students ages 12 and above. The clinic will be held on 1/21/22 from 4-7 in the BMS gymnasium. Please register and complete the consent form using the link below. The vendor cannot accommodate walk-in appointments.
