Beverly Restauranteur Reopens 'Frank' At Somerville's Assembly Row

Award-winning chef Frank McClelland closed the Rantoul Street location in August.

BEVERLY, MA — The celebrity chef owner of a Beverly restaurant that closed without notice in August has opened a new location under the same name at Somerville's Assembly Row.

Frank McClelland, who also owned L'Espalier in the Back Bay of Boston until that closed in 2018, operated Frank on Rantoul Street until that spot was shuttered late this summer.

The Facebook page dedicated to that restaurant has changed its address to 400 Assembly Row in Somerville and the "Farm to Frank" website now lists hours for the Somerville spot, with a Market & Cafe set to open on Dec. 7.
