Beverly's Tartine Restaurant To Close Permanently In September

Owners announced the "bittersweet" decision to close the Cabot Street location after six years.

BEVERLY, MA — Fans of Tartine restaurant in Beverly have a few weeks left to visit the European-style eatery before it closes its doors permanently in September.

Ownership announced on the restaurant's Facebook page that it will soon close the Cabot Street coffee and pastry shop after six years.

"We are so grateful for you all, to this incredible community, and have truly enjoyed getting to know so many of you, not only sharing stories but also our love of food and coffee," the post said. "We truly have been blessed with incredible staff over the years, wonderful loyal customers and vendors … making this decision all the more bittersweet."

The post said the restaurant will remain open until mid-September.

"Hope to see many of you before Tartine closes permanently to say goodbye," the post said. "It is with so much gratitude that we say, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts."
