Bicycle Taunting, Found Bone: Beverly Police Log
A dumpster fire, a person circling a home, and more from the Beverly Police log.

- Police responded to a report of a person circling a house on Beckford Street with a light last Thursday around 12:30 a.m.
- Officers and firefighters responded to a dumpster fire last Thursday on Bow Street around 2 p.m. No homes were damaged in the fire, just the dumpster contents.
- A bicyclist was reportedly "taunting" a driver after the cyclist cut the driver off on Beckford Street. The driver honked, and the cyclist followed the car to a parking lot, around 8 p.m. on Thursday.
- Police responded to a report of an issue with an Uber driver on Saturday around midnight. The person got a different Uber.
- Officers checked on a car in a parking lot on Cabot Street with its lights on on Monday around 1 a.m. They found an empty blunt wrap package in the back seat, but no one around the car.
- Police responded to a report of a found bone at the beach at the end of Brackenbury Lane on Monday around 1 p.m.
- Someone called police about a dirt bike racing around near Nursery Street and Bass River Road on Monday around 5 p.m. Officers found that the dirt bike was unregistered, and had the driver walk it home.
- Russell Pramataris, 18, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, and violating a city ordinance regarding knives and weapons on Tuesday around 11:30 a.m. after a traffic stop on Railroad Avenue.
- Lawrence M. Bourke, 52, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, and violating an open container violation on Tuesday after police were called to Cabot Street around 4 p.m. on a report of a person harassing store patrons.
