Blink Fitness in Beverly Changes Name to Flash Fitness

The Blink Fitness locations in Beverly and Medford, Massachusetts are changing their trade name to Flash Fitness™ effective immediately.

“Our franchise agreements with Blink Fitness Franchising Inc came to an end on November 29th,” said Steve Stabile, President of Platinum Gyms, Inc., which owns and operates the gyms located in Beverly and Medford.

“It is important that our members and those interested in joining our gym know that nothing is changing except for the name,” said Stabile. “The same amazing employees will continue to staff our two locations, and our members will enjoy the same high-quality experience they have come to expect, and we have been proud to deliver, since opening our doors six years ago.”

Stabile and his team picked Flash Fitness as the new name because their goal is to always help their members “get fit in a flash.” The Flash logo is designed to represent momentum, power and progress. It is a visual manifestation of the clean, sleek environment that our gyms personify, along with the community and positivity generated by employees and members.

In the near term, the only difference members and guests will see is a transition from the Blink name to the Flash name. “Our signage, uniforms, and anything else that says Blink will soon change to Flash,” said Stabile.
