Colby Davis Jewelers Founders To Speak At North Shore Chamber Lunch

Founders of the Marblehead-based luxury jewelers will keynote the Chamber's Thrive event on Sept. 28 at the Boston Marriott Peabody.

BEVERLY, MA — The mother-daughter team behind the luxury jeweler brand Colby Davis of Boston, based in Marblehead, will be the keynote speakers at the North Shore Chamber of Commerce's upcoming Thrive luncheon.

Lia Davis Lombara and her two daughters, Lexi Colby Lombara and Taylor Davis Lombara, founded the jeweler, which recently opened its first retail store on Newbury Street in Boston. Lia Davis Lombara and Lexi Colby Lombara are set to participate in a panel discussion with Chamber President and CEO Karen Andreas about the origin of their jewelry line and the growth of their business.

The Thrive luncheon is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sept. 28 at the Boston Marriott Peabody on Centennial Drive.

Lia Davis Lombara has a Fine Arts degree from Boston College and a jewelry minor from the Tufts Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Her two daughters joined their mother to design the one-of-a-kind jewelry collection as teens.

Lexi Colby Lombara now serves as an advisor for business operations, development, and strategic marketing efforts, while Taylor Davis Lombara supports the sales team at their flagship store.

The event opens at 11:30 a.m. and the program begins at noon. Admission is $65 for Chamber members and $85 for nonmembers. Registration is required.

Thrive is an initiative of the North Shore Chamber aimed at empowering women at all stages of their careers to succeed both personally and professionally.

Both men and women are welcome to attend all Thrive events.
