Crack Cocaine, Fentanyl, Cash Seized In Beverly Drug Trafficking Bust
Beverly police said a Lynn man was charged with selling drugs in the North Beverly area.

BEVERLY, MA — A Lynn man is facing drug trafficking charges after crack cocaine, fentanyl and cash were seized during a bust in the North Beverly area on Wednesday night.
Beverly police said Joshmar Anthony Mendez, 29, was charged with trafficking fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute cocaine as a result of an investigation spurred by North Beverly resident concerns about suspected drug activity in the neighborhood.
Police said detectives recovered about 30 grams of Fentanyl, 13 grams of crack cocaine, and $2,164.00 in cash.

Mendez was expected to be arraigned Thursday at Salem District Court.
