Disorderly Conduct Arrest; Breaking and Entering: Beverly Police

Arrests

Phillip Fitzgerald, 42, of 48 Pleasant Street in Beverly was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Richard A. Gentile, 38, of 33 Riverview Avenue in Danvers was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and on a warrant.

Richard Shea, 48, of 78 Haskell Street in Beverly was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense and on a warrant.

Tuesday, March 8

At 6:18 p.m., there was a report of a larceny from an apartment on Broughton Drive.

At 9:30 p.m., there was a report of possible drug use at Pond and Rantoul Streets. A search of the area did not turn up anything.

Wednesday, March 9

At 7:52 a.m., a caller said she thought someone had entered her apartment on Conant Street.

At 9:51 a.m., there was a report of a possible domestic assault on Herrick Street.

At 1:35 p.m., there was a report of kids shooting pellet guns on Dodge Street.
