Folly Hill Development Hearing To Be Held Tuesday
The Beverly Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the Folly Hill subdivision plan on Tuesday.
BEVERLY, MA – The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the Folly Hill development that has neighbors in an uproar.
The proposed residential development on 76 acres was marketed at one point with the potential for 650 units, according to an informational hearing held late last year. Residents are concerned about the possible impact on the city's schools, roads, and services, as well as the loss of the wooded area on Folly Hill.
