Meet The Candidates For The Beverly, Wenham State Representative Special Election

The Beverly Chamber of Commerce will host the candidate meet-and-greet ahead of the May 13 special election.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly and Wenham residents looking to meet the candidates for the May 13 special election for state representative are invited to a moderated discussion from the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce.

Democrat Hannah Bowen and Republican Medley Long will appear for a moderated, business-oriented forum on May 2 as they vie to become the next representative for the 6th Essex District, which includes all of Beverly and Wenham Precinct 1.

The ticketed event will be held at A&B Burger with an 8:30 a.m. breakfast and forum from 9 to 10 a.m.

Audience questions will be encouraged.

The cost to attend the event is $30, with group packages and sponsorships available.
