12 Cottage Lane, a 2-bedroom, 1-bath single family of 1,152 square feet with a fenced garden sold for $280,000 on Aug. 8. The cottage was built in 1880.

Wenham
30 Monument St., a 5-bedroom colonial of 3,410 square feet with a barn and other outbuildings, sold for $937,500 on Aug. 9.

Hamilton
86 Highland St., a 2-bedroom, 1-bath single family with 1,000 square feet, sold for $282,500 on Aug. 9.

150 Sagamore St., a 3-bedroom, 2-bath single family with a pool and 1,800 square feet, sold for $485,000 on Aug. 5.
