June Condo Sales in Beverly Drop from Last Year

The Warren Group recently released their June condo sales numbers for the towns and counties in Massachusetts and Beverly saw a drop in condo sales.

Beverly condo sales in June of this year compared to condo sales of June 2012 are lower than last year. However, year-to-date, Beverly condo sales have increased from 2012. 

Last month, Beverly saw 9 condos sold, which is a 9 percent drop from the condo sales in June of 2012, which was 10. 

Since the beginning of 2013, 42 condos have been sold in Beverly, which is a 20 percent increase compared to the first six months in 2012, in which 35 condos were sold. 

The median sales price for Beverly condos in June was up 42 percent from the median price in June of last year, going from $168,700  in 2012 to $250,000 in June of this year.
