• 4:08 p.m. a caller reported theft from a building on Driscoll Lane. The thefts were from a home during a party. 
• 9:40 p.m. a caller reported hearing someone screaming and cars racing on Bayview Avenue. 
• 10:36 p.m. a caller reported smoke in the area from fireworks on Charles Street. 

Wednesday, July 24

• 1:03 a.m. a caller reported that he was robbed on Rantoul Street. 
• 5:43 a.m. a caller reported a hit and run on Rantoul Street. The caller said his vehicle was parked when it was struck by another vehicle that fled the scene. 
• 11:47 a.m. a caller reported damaged signs on Rantoul Street. 
• 3:51 p.m. a caller reported a car was keyed overnight on Rantoul Street. 
• 4:55 p.m. a possible water main break was reported on Douglas Avenue.
