'List' of Developments Possible if Interchange Project Goes Through

The Brimbal Avenue Interchange project would create new exits around the Brimbal Avenue area at Route 128.

And Mayor Bill Scanlon said that a environmental form recently filed shows that there are many options for development if the $25 million project goes through, according to an article in the Salem News. 

Scanlon said there is roughly 500 acres of land in the area, with 18 potential developments, including a $95 million expansion of Beverly Hospital. 

“It’s conceivable they could happen,” Scanlon said. “You can almost be certain that not all of them would happen.”
