  • A driver drove away screaming after getting a ticket for running a red light at the intersection of Rantoul and Federal streets last Friday around 6 p.m.
  • Police responded to a report of two men fighting and four people trying to break it up outside a Rantoul Street bar last Saturday around 1 a.m. The people had left by the time officers arrived.
  • Officers responded to a report of a woman screaming in an Elliott Street parking lot last Sunday around 7 a.m. Police found that she was just "communicating loudly."
  • A reportedly intoxicated man knocked on a McKay Street home's door around 5:30 p.m. last Tuesday to ask if it was the Verizon store.
  • Police responded to a report on an upstairs neighbor that poured water on the deck below because the resident was smoking on Wednesday around 4:30 p.m.
  • Animal Control responded to a report of a child bitten by a skunk on Appleton Avenue on Wednesday around 8 p.m. The child was taken to the hospital.
  • Neighbors complained about a Dunkin' Donuts delivery truck on Thursday around 4:30 a.m. Police found the driver wasn't being excessively loud.
  • Four $100 marked "for motion picture use only" were turned over to police on Thursday around 5 p.m.
  • Pamela C. Raye, 48, of Beverly was arrested on charges of drunken driving and leaving the scene of property damage on Saturday around 12:30 a.m. in the area of Cabot and Mason street.
  • Police reunited a dog with its owner after someone reported a dog on Route 128 southbound near Exit 19.
