Montserrat College Graduates 86 Seniors

BEVERLY, MA —Eighty-six seniors were presented their Bachelor of Fine Arts Degrees by President Steve Immerman and Trustees Chair Henrietta Gates during Montserrat College of Art Commencement exercises at the Cabot Performing Arts Center on Friday, May 19.

A keynote address was given by Cuban-born, interdisciplinary artist Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons who had a solo exhibition at the Peabody Essex Museum last year. The faculty speaker was Liberal Arts Professor and author Gordon Arnold, Ph.D. and the student speech was presented by senior Michael Aghahowa of Lynn, who received his BFA in illustration
