'Mystery Urinator': Beverly Police Seek Man Accused Of Peeing On Bar
Beverly police were asking the man who relieved himself on the bar of a local spot to come forward and take responsibility for his actions.
UPDATED 7 p.m.: Beverly police said Friday afternoon the man in question had been identified.
BEVERLY, MA — Beverly police used a little toilet humor to describe something that is no laughing matter as they sought to identify a man accused of urinating on the bar of a local business.
Police said on Friday: "Someone decided to turn a local drinking establishment into their personal bathroom, peeing all over the bar instead of using the restroom like a normal human being."

"Not only is this disgusting," police said, "but it's also incredibly disrespectful to the staff and patrons."
Police had asked the man — whom they dubbed "The Mystery Urinator" — to turn himself in for his unsanitary actions.

"If you come forward and take responsibility it'll go a lot better for you than if we find out another way," police said.
Police are also asking any patrons of the bar — which they did not identify — to reach out if they know the man.

"Let's keep our local establishments a place for good times, not biohazard cleanups," police said.
