BEVERLY, MA — A new dedicated burger and sandwich joint — complete with beer and cocktail service — is set to open in North Beverly next week with the launch of REV Burger in the 3,500-square-foot space at 55 Dodge Street.

Nick Harron, who has previously opened Evviva Cucina and REV Kitchen & Bar, said his latest creation will offer a "fun, unique — and delicious — experience for our guests when they're looking for convenience without sacrificing quality."

"People need value, consistency, and quality more than ever," he said. "They need to be taken care of, made to feel special and appreciated."

"REV Burger is a place where you know you can get high-quality, delicious food — including healthy options and unique snacks — whether you're in a hurry and on-the-go or looking for a quick sit-down lunch or dinner option, maybe even with a cocktail," said Brandon Welch, REV Burger's Executive Chef. "We're passionate about developing creative and unique dining concepts that bring together what people need and what they want."

Harron said REV Burger will be involved with the community and has already hosted a free dinner for more than 70 residents of Harbor Light Homes.

"We want to make an impact," Harron said. "Hospitality and Service are at our core, so it only makes sense to be philanthropic locally with our profits. We have always taken care of the people that take care of us, and those who need help taking care of themselves in hardship. We hire locally, serve locally, make a living locally, and make a point to give back locally as much as we can."

The restaurant is set to be open every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with late hours until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
