North Shore Chamber To Host Business Breakfast Energy Forum

Wednesday's forum will focus on how North Shore businesses can embrace renewable energy while maintaining affordability.

BEVERLY, MA — As North Shore businesses look to embrace a clean-energy future in the face of climate change the transition will include decisions on how to best move toward new energy sources while maintaining affordability and reliability.

The North Shore Chamber of Commerce will host an Energy Forum on Wednesday as part of its Business Insight Breakfast Forum where industry insiders will share information on how they are responsibly meeting the region's energy needs as well as a more sustainable future.

The discussion will be held at Misselwood Events at Endicott College, at 407 Hale St., in Beverly. It will begin with registration and breakfast at 7:30 a.m., followed by the program from 8-9 a.m.

Speakers scheduled for the event are Enbridge Manager of Stakeholder Relations Max Bergeron, Avangrid Director of Ports and Supply Chain Jay Borkland and National Grid Head of Corporate Affairs Melissa Levinson
