Performances to be Broadcast Live for North Shore Holiday Toy Drive
Performances at the North Shore 104.9 Toy Drive will be broadcast on the radio and on Facebook Live next Thursday
BEVERLY, MA – Local talent and school music groups will pop up all over the North Shore on Thursday for the North Shore 104.9 Toy Drive. The performances will be broadcast on the air and on Facebook Live.
The broadcast will go from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.– starting with Craig Van Remoortel at the Capitol Diner in Lynn and ending with Allen Estes, Fly Amero, Le Petit Choral at the Cape Ann Savings Bank in Gloucester. Governor Charlie Baker is expect to visit the Capitol Diner in Lynn to help North Shore 104.9 kick off the drive.
The live broadcast locations (listed below) are open to the public. Visitors are welcome to take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and local businesses are offering incentives to donate unwrapped, new toys. The Manchester Athletic Club is offering a one-day pass for anyone who brings an unwrapped toy between now and Thursday, Dec. 8. Rasta Pasta Pizzeria in Beverly will give you a large cheese pizza for free if you deliver an unwrapped toy – at least $15 in value – between now and Wednesday, Dec. 7.

Aubuchon Hardware, which recently bought Dawson's Hardware, is sponsoring the event.

- 2:30p.m.-3 p.m. Manchester Athletic Club: Chelsea Berry, Tony Hilliard, North Shore Ringers
- 4 p.m.-5 p.m. Shalin Liu Ctr: Rockport Middle School Orchestra, John Rocko, Amy Rich, Frank Stewart, and Livi Tsetsilas
- 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Cape Ann Savings Bank, Gloucester: Allen Estes, Fly Amero, Le Petit Choral
