Popular Sandwich Shop Shifts To North Beverly From Wenham

BEVERLY, MA — Grassy Roots, the popular sandwich, soup, coffee, smoothie and juice bar located in Wenham for the past 13 years, is now open in North Beverly.

The new location at 136 Dodge Street is open Mondays through Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Grassy Roots closed up shop in Wenham in June and reopened the following Monday in Beverly.

"The 13 years in Wenham have been the absolute best!" the shop posted on its Facebook page. "We want to first and most importantly let you all know how much we appreciate the love and support of our Hamilton (and) Wenham community and beyond!

"This past year has been incredibly challenging, but thanks to the support of our amazing customers we are ready to grow!"

The Beverly location is "just about a mile and a half down the road" and boasts an expanded menu. Owners also said to expect an upgraded ordering system soon.

The shop also offers catering services, prepared meals and homebaked goods.
