BEVERLY, MA — The Beverly Deign Review Board gave a favorable recommendation with a 4-1 vote for Depot II to the planning board, which has final approval on the project. The proposal, which has drawn opposition from neighbors, calls for a six-story, 115-unit apartment building on Rantoul Street near the train station. In November, project developer Beverly Crossing revised plans to preserve a historic building on the site that would have been demolished under the original plan.
