A Seat At 'Kitchen Table' Coming To Beverly's Cabot Street

The new restaurant is being billed as a "Neighborhood joint serious about hospitality."

BEVERLY, MA — A new neighborhood restaurant with a focus centered around around "good drink, good food, good times" is coming to Cabot Street in Beverly.

Kitchen Table owner William Fogarty and his leadership staff are targeting a May opening at the 392 Cabot Street location.

Fogarty, the former owner/chef of Scratch Kitchen in Salem, is looking to use his 25-plus years of industry experience to build the new scratch kitchen and bar with farm-to-table cuisine.

"I am looking forward to introducing this restaurant to Beverly," Fogarty told Patch. "It will
be the culmination of the many years and lessons learned as I progressed through this satisfying profession following my passion of making people feel comforted one bite at a time."

The menu is being designed to be "American comfort with twists, seasons and some globally-inspired dishes" that "keep it simple, yet significant, and showcase the farmer's hard work."

The bar will highlight women-owned and small business products and a late-night menu is being planned.

"My heart is front of house focused and Bill shares the same passion for the back of the house," General Manager Molly Bergner told Patch. "Bill presented me with his vision of an in-house hospitality-focused restaurant driven by a people filled with passion for the heart of the industry.

"We aim to enrich our community, empower our people and bring to Beverly a wholesome oasis that provides excellent food and is filled with personality. A great place to visit, and a great place to work."

A message on the Kitchen Table Facebook page said the aim is to be open by Mother's Day.
