Stephy's Kitchen Receives Community Police Partnership Award
Last week, Stephy's was awarded a community policing honor.
BEVERLY, MA – Beverly Police awarded Stephy's Kitchen – the popular breakfast joint – the 2016 Community Police Partnership Award last week for its partnership with police, the North Shore Community Development Coalition, and Beverly residents.
Those groups meet weekly for coffee, and monthly for a family meal, according to a post on the Beverly Police Facebook page. They work to improve Gloucester Crossing, the neighborhood around Stephy's Kitchen, and in the winter, they meet in Stephy's
"We simply would not be able to have our weekly meetings of monthly meals without them," read the post.
