Body Found in Belle Isle Marsh: State Police

The partially decomposed body was discovered late Friday afternoon.

BOSTON, MA — State troopers say a body was discovered in Belle Isle Marsh late Friday afternoon.

According to Massachusetts State Police, the body was already partially decomposed when it was found. There is no identifying information at this time, a State Police spokesperson told Patch.

The Suffolk County District Attorney's office will be taking over the case from here, he said.
