Arrest Made In Boston Cold Case Murder
One person is facing charges nearly three decades later.
BOSTON, MA — The police department made an arrest in a nearly 30-year-old murder case on Tuesday.
Brian Keazer, 50, was arrested in Jamaica Plain for the murder of Ruth Foster in 1997. According to the department, Foster was found stabbed to death on her bed at her home on 47 Withington St. in Dorchester on Oct. 14, 1997. The death of the 56-year-old was ruled a homicide.
Keazer was arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court on Wednesday.
