Boston Commuter Delays: 4-Car Crash Reported in O'Neill Tunnel
ALSO: A shuttle is replacing part of the Green Line after a car crash Monday morning.

A mid-morning crash reported in the O'Neill Tunnel is one of many incidents causing a tough morning for commuters in and around Boston on this chilly Monday.
NBC reports the four-car crash occurred just before 9 a.m on I-93 southbound near Purchase Street.
Black ice after an overnight freeze has made for treacherous territory, with several accidents reported on slick roads around the city, according to NECN.

Meanwhile, shuttle buses are replacing part of the Green Line B Monday as of about 8:30 a.m., after a car crash on the route earlier this morning. Green Line B service is switching to shuttle buses from Washington Street to Boston College. The car crash on the line occurred at about Sutherland Road, according to the Mass. Bay Transit Authority.
The MBTA is also experiencing moderate delays on its Red Line Braintree Branch and Green Line C branch, due in both cases to a disabled train.

Elsewhere in the state, Mass. State Police have lifted an earlier speed limit on Route 90, due to snow near the New York border.
