Arrests Made By Boston Police For Roxbury Shooting

Two men are facing numerous charges after the incident left one person critically injured.

BOSTON, MA — The police department announced it has arrested two people in connection with a shooting incident in Roxbury earlier this month.

Boston residents Shawn Walker, 24, and Devante Stinson, 23, have been arrested on numerous charges related to the Oct. 8 shooting that took place on 258 Dudley St. that left one person with what police describe as “life-altering” injuries.

Stinson was arrested last week and has already been arraigned in Roxbury District Court. Walker was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 29 and is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court very soon. The pair share the same charges such as carrying a firearm without a license, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, firearm use in commission of a felony, discharging a firearm without 500 feet of a building, and possession of ammunition without an FID card.
