Boston Police Investigating Attempted Kidnapping In East Boston
East Boston Detectives are searching for a man who they say attempted to grab a woman while she was walking to work Wednesday morning.

BOSTON — Detectives from District 7 in East Boston are actively searching for a man they say is in connection with an attempted kidnapping on July 7.
The victim told police she was walking to work around 4 a.m. Wednesday morning when she says a man grabbed her near Bremen and Porter Streets in East Boston.
She says the man who approached her was an unknown Black male, 18-25 years old, wearing a white t-shirt, white shorts, and dark sneakers.

The victim says she was able to break away from the suspect, and he took off. Police believe a white SUV may be involved in the incident.
District 7 detectives are actively looking into this incident.
