BOSTON — If you love the excitement of trying a delicious new dining option, we’ve got some good news for you. The Daily Meal recently unveiled its list of “The Most Anticipated Restaurants of 2020,” and the list includes a Beantown restaurant opening in 2020.

The online food and dining site says Chef Mario LaPosta, formerly the executive chef for B&B Hospitality Group in Boston, is opening an artisanal pizzeria in the Fort Point neighborhood in spring 2020. The menu will also include local cheese and salumi, handmade pasta and artisanal gelato.

In order to compile the list, the Daily Meal reached out to dining publicists and industry figures with expert knowledge of the most anticipated American restaurants of 2020.
