City Truck Crashes Into Hotpot Spot In Chinatown, Pedestrian Hit
A city truck crashed into a hotpot restaurant in Chinatown and a person was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries, police said.
BOSTON — Just after 10 a.m. a city truck crashed into the side of a hotpot restaurant at a busy intersection in Chinatown, Thursday morning and a pedestrian was struck, police confirmed.
Police told Patch one person was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries and inspectional services were on the scene assessing the situation.
Photos sent in by a Patch reader show fire department crews standing by and the truck smashed up against the side of the Liu Yi Shou Hotpot Boston.

At 10:04 a.m. someone called police to report a pedestrian was hit near the corner of Washington and Stuart Street or Kneeland Street.
