Police say a man was found dead in a car on an East Boston street.

EAST BOSTON — Boston police are investigating a death that happened in East Boston Thursday afternoon.
According to police, the man was found in a black sedan on Shelby Street near Eagle Street and was reported around 12:25 p.m.
Multiple news outlets have reported a heavy police presence surrounding Shelby Street Thursday afternoon, noting that the street has been shut down.
