While serving out a 70-month prison sentence, Baretto was transferred in May 2015 from Kentucky's U.S. Penitentiary Big Sandy to Coolidge House, in Boston, where he was to serve the remainder of his sentence.
He was supposed to be released Nov. 1, 2015 but, according to the U.S. District Attorney's Massachusetts office, he walked out of the facility after an unspecified incident on Sept. 17, 2015.
