Naked Boston Woman Drove Golf Cart Through FL Crime Scene: Police
A Boston woman is under arrest after police say she drove a golf cart through the middle of a SWAT standoff with a gunman - completely nude.

BOSTON — Chaos erupted in Dunedin, Florida Sunday night after an 18-year-old climbed the roof of a home, prompting a six-hour standoff with SWAT and hostage negotiation teams before a Boston woman decided to drive a golf cart completely naked through the middle of all of it.
Police say, Jessica Elisabeth Smith, 28, of Boston completely ignored commands to leave the scene, driving naked towards the house where the gunman was stationed.
Deputies said Smith "had a distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person, and she was completely nude."

They said her actions put deputies at additional risk of getting shot by 18-year-old Myles Abbott, who posted himself up on the roof of the home after fleeing police earlier.
Florida deputies say Abbott fired a gun at nearby residents, climbed the roof of a Michigan Avenue house, and fired his gun again at some point, striking himself in the right thigh.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team and the Negotiator Response Team were called to assist after attempting to communicate with Abbott several times but to no avail.
Around this time, Smith decided to drive naked through the crime scene heading towards the house where Abbott was still stationed.
Police were eventually able to get Smith under control. She was charged with resisting an officer without violence.
After nearly six hours, specialized equipment and bean bag rounds were used to force Abbott off the roof.
With help from the SWAT team, police were able to take Abbott into custody, where he now faces several charges, including two counts of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, grand theft of a firearm, loitering, and prowling. Police say Abbott also had a warrant for his arrest for vehicular homicide.
