The 2019 NBA Draft Lottery is Tuesday, and 14 teams, including the Boston Celtics, are finding out who gets dibs on Duke University superstar Zion Williamson and who must pick from the other top-tier players. The draft in Chicago was to air on ESPN starting at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Under new rules this year, the odds at the top of the lottery were leveled so that the three teams with the worst regular season records each entered the night with a 14 percent chance at receiving the No. 1 overall pick. The actual draft is scheduled for June 20.

The Celtics could end up with four picks, including the No. 2 spot. They have two of their own picks (Nos. 20 and 22) and could end up with the Memphis Grizzlies' and Sacramento Kings' picks from previous trades. If the Kings win the lottery, the pick goes to the Philadelphia 76ers. The Celtics will receive the pick in all other cases, including if it turns out to be the No. 2 pick. The Celtics would also receive Memphis' pick if it's No. 9 or higher.

While one team gets Williamson — widely regarded as one of the best players to come out since LeBron James — the stakes were high for other teams too. Other lottery picks, for example, were able to choose from a talented pool of players including fellow Duke star forward R.J. Barrett, Murray State University point guard Ja Morant and Texas Tech University guard Jarrett Culver.
